Austin Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial painting and coatings projects in the Austin area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, commercial coatings, and waterproofing, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of commercial painting and coatings projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Ensure that all materials and work comply with industry standards and specifications, including intumescent coatings and waterproofing applications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting and coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of coatings, waterproofing, and drywall installation techniques.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications in project management or coatings are a plus.
